My experience with Adrian was excellent. He guided us through the entire rental process from beginning to end. It was complicated because we were from out of town and the market as you know is crazy! But Adrian was there every step of the day. He made himself available to fit our schedule after normal work hours and on Sunday. With his help we found a great house and are very happy. My only complaint was that he was too busy for me to buy him a beer after we moved in!

Adrian is THE BEST! When my friends and I were looking to relocate to Florida we had such a hard time finding a place. Because of the crazy market, things were getting snatched up so fast. We had to bid on things without even seeing them and as soon as they hit. Adrian was available to us 24/7 with all of the thousands of questions I have, and took the time to FaceTime us and show us the home and the area since we were out of state. He found us the perfect home that checked all of the boxes for us. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and I’m 10000% certain we couldn’t have done it without him.

Adrian helped us locate a home when we were caught in a short time frame. He is very personable, patient & knowledgeable. He worked very hard for us & showed us many homes until we found the right one. Even after losing a couple of deals to the crazy over bidding going on at the time. He is a consummate professional & never lost sight of our goals.

Adrian was warm, friendly and very professional. I have already recommended him to friends. He was excellent at communicating and stayed on top of issues when they arose. I feel it is because of his knowledge, heart and efforts that we are now in a wonderful lease to own home - no small feat in this extremely competitive market.
